Nancy has been in practice since Jan. 2000, which includes 5 years in community mental health. She started college at age 48, but is definitely younger than her “drivers license age!” At the same time, Nancy has some significant life experiences that expand book learning and theory. Nancy has successfully managed the loss of a son, a brother, her parents and a number of beloved pets. She believes in working toward living in spite of what's happened
Nancy is easy to talk to, and is able to utilize client strengths – both known and unrecognized – in resolution of the presenting issue. Nancy also uses EMDR to support effectiveness of therapy and notably reduce the length of time needed for treatment.
